Merchandise co-lead (female/male/diverse)    

> You will help bring the Voltshop to the next level, offering sustainable clothing with our updated Volt identity.

> You will actively engage in the design process of Volt merchandise and develop new products that the movement is waiting for.

Purpose of the Merchandise team: The Merchandise team focuses on the creation and design of sustainable Volt merchandising products. It is a great opportunity to have a big impact on Volt’s public image while connecting with people from all across Europe and making Volt more visible in European politics. Ultimately, the team is responsible for a common merchandise platform for all Volt chapters.

Purpose of the position: The Merchandise co-lead aims to inspire as many people as possible to purchase Volt products in order to increase visibility and connect Volt members. This will help realize the growth for the Volt organization. We are looking for someone with an interest in design, but also with some experience in setting-up an E-commerce business focused on merchandise. You will be working together with our Merchandise co-lead Vincent Busch.

What we are looking for   

Experience & Skills: 

  • English language fluency (written and spoken)
  • Experience with E-commerce
  • Interest in design
  • Project management experience (optional)
  • Business background (optional)

Volt Europa has resolved to have all its teams be led by gender-balanced co-leads. This vacancy is for both co-lead positions.
Reporting to: Johannes Heinrich (Treasurer)

Working together with: Johannes Heinrich (Treasurer), Vincent Busch (Merchandise co-lead) and many motivated volunteers 

Hours: approx. 10 hrs per week, flexible schedule 

Location: no particular location is required
