How to apply?

Are you going to be our new colleague? To ensure that we judge all applications in an objective way, we are asking you to answer the following questions through this form before 5th of February 2023. We ask all applicants the same questions so we can get an impression of what they have to offer to be successful in this position. Questions you are asked to answer in the form

  1. In this role we seek to find someone who has a clear vision of how to have the idea of Volt Europa and our mission come to life in this pan-European election campaign. What attracts you to our idea and mission as Volt Europa and what do you hope to achieve as our future Political Campaign coordinator?
  2. We believe the European elections in 2024 are our chance to create the unifying spirit across Europe. As such, we look for someone that is able to unite and empower people across Europe. Can you share an example where you had to deal with different interests and cultures in your work? What was the setting for the goal you served to bring these interests and cultures together, what result did you achieve and how?
  3. If we want to be successful across Europe in this election campaign, we need to adjust to different political settings. We want to think European and act local. In your own National political environment, what do you consider the biggest opportunity for this European perspective and what do you see as a risk that has to be taken into account?
  4. While 2024 might seem still far away, a good and widely embraced campaign across Europe needs to be developed sooner rather than later. Can you share an example of a campaign you have set up? Within that example can you share one of the challenges you encountered and how you overcame it?
  5. In order to be successful in this position, what would you need from our end to enable and empower you the best way possible?
