Editorial Review Leads (f/d)
Volt aims to become the foremost pan-European movement showing a way forward for European politics, guided by its core values of participation, equality, transparency, inclusiveness and evidence-based decision-making. The Editorial Review Team will bring together the brightest and most experienced minds in Europe and beyond interested in (1) providing feedback on and reviewing the research and policies under discussion within the Policy Team; (2) joining the open and closed events organised by the Policy Team.
About the position
You will be primarily responsible for managing the newly established Editorial Review Team. Through the policy cycle, we develop policies that will be voted on at the Policy Summit to strengthen our European Policy Portfolio. Additionally, you co-develop the process for creating our next European elections programme. Those responsibilities demand close communication with policy initiators, theme facilitators, and the rest of the EUR policy team.

- Availability for regular communication with members & policy team
Optional (but preferred):
- Experience in people’s management
- Experience in process management
This is a volunteer position with an expected workload of 10-15 hours per week.
