Intranet Admin & Helpdesk

The Volt movement is growing! So is our infrastructure and we need help supporting it. Members and those who want to be need our support with questions regarding our intranet and internal communication tools. 

Responsibilities

  • resolve helpdesk questions
  • write how-tos and FAQs
  • automate support processes

Skills

  • good communication skills
  • experience with G Suite a plus
  • database knowledge a plus

Commitment

  • a few hours per week
