Come to Sweden's most historic town, visit its medieval streets and help us break into Swedish mainstream media! Almedalen Week is the premiere political event in Sweden, kind of a convention, where everybody who is somebody in Swedish politics is sure to attend.

Almedalen Week is an event by Swedes for Swedes in Swedish so you might not get that much out of the speeches but fortunately Gotland is a very pretty, usually sunny place. So see it as a vacation with some added collective action sprinkled in for fun.
