Creative Supporter EUR General Assembly – Design and Concept (female/diverse/male)

Intention of the position

The Creative Supporter EUR General Assembly (female/diverse/male) is part of the EUR Events Team and supports the preparation of the General Assemblies in the aspect of creating communication concepts and materials.  Making a coherent concept for the general assembly is a daunting task for people who are not experts in communication and design in the context of events. We hope to seek people who are the creative backbone of the EUR Events Team.   

You will

  • Support continuously the General Assembly Team with the preparation of these events
  • This is achieved by sharing your insight of your expertise in visual communication (posters, website design, stage design, product design and more) and help creating them
  • Work with different functional teams within Volt Europa in a creative setting
  • Create a memorable event by making each GA unique and special

You are

  • Passionate about supporting the EUR Events team and are just willing to provide a helping hand
  • Willing to learn Figma as this is a requirement from EUR design so we can be on brand and create content within the rules
  • Knowledgeable in communication and/or multimedia design 
  • Able to write copy and apply them in different communication channels 
  • Able come up with different concepts and strategies we can use to captivate the guests online and offline
